Just wanted to let you guys that I didn't get into the nursing school, but that's okay. I've just got an extra semester to enjoy the UofA:) and that's fine with me. I'll get in next time:) Thanks for all your support everyone!

So I've come to the realization that life's not easy but it is not worth worrying about how other people live their lives, just live for YOUR happiness. I think that this realization has definitely changed me, and I think for the better. I'm happier, I know that. Things aren't perfect, and they never will be, but my life is not completely filled with drama anymore and that is nice. Not saying that I don't think that there will always be drama, it's just not affecting me as much. I know that some of you are probably reading this and thinking that they saw this coming haha. Oh well, it's just all part of growing up I guess.

First of all, TER'S HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't be happier now that he's back. I didn't realize how much I missed him until he came back. :)

Yesterday I had such a great day!! I went on a 6.2 mike hike straight up a mountain and at the top there were caves and a mine shaft! We(Mike, Andy, Ter and I) went into the mine shafts but we didn't have a flash light so it was REALLY creepy!!!! Anyway, let's just say it was a great accomplishment for me because I know that 3 months ago I wouldn't have been able to do that! I'm glad that I'm in better shape. Lost 10 pounds so far!! I'm very proud of myself because I can tell you it's not easy!! The hike was great and I can't wait to go on another one soon. The weather is going to be perfect soon.

I'm so done with school. I cannot wait until Spring Break. ROCKYPOINT 2006 BABY!! I'm so excited to be going to Mexico where I can legally drink lol. But that's not the only reason I'm going. I want to be able to spend some fun time with my friends, I wish they could all go. Oh well! It's gonna be a great time!! SO EXCITED!! I'll let you know how all that goes.

No word on the nursing application yet, mid March!

This'll be a short one, but I just gotta say that today my nursing application was due but I turned it in about a week and a half ago. So now I just have to sit here and wait for them to decide if I'm good enough for them. 50/350 people get in, so we'll see!!

Hey everyone! Well I'm back at school now and I'm actually very excited about this semester. I'm only taking 13 units, which is a nice break and one of my classes is a nursing class that is awesome!!! I can either write a 5 page paper OR I can shadow a nurse and then do a presentation at the end of the semester about it. I'm definitely gonna shadow a nurse!! I'M SO EXCITED! It's so nice to finally be doing something that has to do with my major. It's also in this new building near the College of Nursing and we were the first group of people in there EVER, which was pretty cool. I've definitely decided that if I get into the nursing  college that I'm going to get a loan to get a laptop because each seat in the buildling has it's own electric and internet plug to plug a laptop into!! WAY COOL!

So I'll update you on other things that have been going on lately. My Christmas break was ok. One special thing that happened was my brother and sister in law surprising us on Christmas day! They drove from Florida so they could be with us. That was really nice. I GOT A NANO!!! YAY!! It's very cute and I love it! Spent New Year's in Tucson with Matt's family which was a lot of fun. Then spent another week at home just hanging out reading. OH YEAH, we are finally in our new house!! It is so awesome. You guys are more than welcome to come hang out anytime! Hmmmm....what else?? Oh, it was Jen's 21st birthday yesterday, which officially means that everyone is 21 and I am still 19. That's okay though, I'm sure it will be tough the first few times everyone goes out and I'm left at home but I'll get over it. I just wish it wasn't so far away, oh well. Right now I'm also in the process of finishing up my nursing application, kinda scary!!! Now that I have this nursing class I'm even more stoked about nursing, I REALLY want to get in the first time, we'll see though. It's very competetive, fingers crossed. Everything else is going okay, except that I miss Terance!!!! YEAH TER, I MISS YOU!!! I can't wait until you come home!!!!!!!!!! It's just not the same without him around, but other than that I'm doing great. I'll write again soon, but for now I gotta run. Bye!!
